Kerrobert Credit Union Limited is a member owned, community based organization dedicated to the co-operative philosophy which provides a wide range of quality, personal, financial services to fulfill the needs of the members and the community. We achieve this through sound financial management and relevant approaches to service and product excellence. Kerrobert Credit Union Limited promotes the Credit Union image through involvement and visibility in the community.

1963 - Kerrobert Credit Union incorporated in May.
1964 - Purchased the old Government Telephone building for $2,500.00
1968 – Moved to new location on Pacific Avenue beside the original brick building.
1975 - KCU amalgamated with Major Credit Union in January.
1977 – Purchased a trailer for Major Branch which became operational in January 1978.
1989 – Began renovations to expand building and add offices at Kerrobert Branch.
1991 – Kerrobert Credit Union started offering Graduation Bursaries. As of 2022 we have awarded $66,000.00 in bursaries.
1994 – Installation of the wheelchair ramp at Kerrobert Branch.
1996 – Installation of the ABM at Kerrobert Branch – the 1st in town!
2000- KCU implemented the MemberDirect Internet banking product.
2001 – An addition was added to the back of the Kerrobert Branch.
2014 - KCU purchased Atlantic Avenue property in February. Construction began in September.
2015 – Introduced Interac e-transfer in January. Moved to the new location at 445 Atlantic Avenue in August.
2018 – Introduced the Mobile App in March. Introduced Collabria Credit Cards in September.
2021 - Introducted e-transfer enhanced description feature.
2022 - Launched new public website, online banking platform, and mobile applications.
2023 - Celebrated 60 years of service to our communities.
